The Medihelp login is super quick and convenient. All you have to do is follow a few steps to register an account and login as detailed down below.

Medihelp Login Membership/Registration

Go to https://www.medihelp.co.za/ and click the “Join” tab.
Click “Apply Online”.
Choose your preferred language in the pop up menu and click “Continue”.
Click “New Application”.
Fill out the complete registration form, attach necessary documents and click “Submit Application”.
It will take some time for them to process your application. Once processed, you can login to your account dashboard using your login credentials.

If you have forgotten your account password of Medihelp, follow these steps to gain access again.

Go to Medihelp and click “Forgot Password”.
Input your “Dependent Number” and pick out verification methods of either SMS or email.
Click “Next”.
You will receive an OTP via your preferred mode of verification. Input it on the screen to reset your old password.
Set up a new password and save changes.
Login with the new password.

You can keep a track of your application status through the official website. Go to https://onlineapplication.medihelp.co.za/?open=true&lang=en-ZA and click “Application In Motion”. Login to your account and click “Status”.
