• Go to https://selfservice.avbob.co.za/connect/home and click “Register”. 
• Input your identity number and click “Continue”. 
• Fill out the registration form, agree to the terms and conditions, and click “Create An Account”.
• You will receive an OTP via registered email, input it on the screen to verify your account. 

AVBOB Login Account 

• Go to AVBOB and click “Sign In”. 
• Enter your username in the respective field, choose a mode through which you prefer to receive your OTP, and click “Send My OTP”.
• You will receive an OTP via email or SMS, input it on the screen to access your account. 

AVBOB Login Forgot Username Or Password

• Go to AVBOB and click “Sign In”. 
• Click “I Forgot My Username/Password”. 
• Input your identity number, choose a mode through which you prefer to receive your OTP, and click “Reset My Username” or “Reset My Password” whichever is your case.
• You will receive an OTP via email/SMS, input it on the screen to reset your old Username or password and set up a new one.
• Save changes and login with the new username/password.
